Methodology Support

Scrum

KnowHOW supports Scrum projects for measuring KPIs. The system enforces to configure project methodology while adding the project. The workflow and sprint reports from PM tools such as Jira and Rally allows to drive all KPIs.

Azure Boards ( Sprint Snapshots)

The Azure board doesnt support sprint report and hence knowHOW manages its own sprint report for Azure board configuration which may not reflect exact the sprint data in Azure board, if the data is modifed after closing the sprint.

Kanban

knowHOW supports Kanban type projects and the KPIs for Kanban are different. the data aggregation between Scrum and Kanban is not supported due to difference in KPIs.
